What We Do

CrewSafe are a health and safety Support and Advisory service specialising in the Civil Construction and Quarry sectors (with strands in the Ag and Transport sectors as well ).

 

By Support and Advisory we mean we don't call you once a month, give you a list of to-dos then walk away. You are already waaaay too busy to have that loaded on as well.

 

We work in partnership with SMEs like yours.

 

Our goal is to lift some of the everyday burden of running a successful business while making sure your people return to their whanau safe and healthy, all while complying with the demands of your client and the law.

For most businesses this means having a dedicated health and safety person.  Unfortunately most of our industry can't justify having a full or even part-time person in that role.

That's where we come in.

We are professionals who have the experience of corporate management but choose to be on the ground, supporting the people doing the tough mahi day in and out.

If you need good, solid, proven, practical, on the ground support and advice, whether it's mentoring leaders, running toolboxes (or creating toolbox content for others to deliver), doing that pesky EHS admin stuff, attaining that elusive Totika listing, facilitating and delivering training, building engagement within your team, working with new managers or helping with project planning and execution we've got the experience, tools and practicality to help you do it right.
