Hey There
G'day – I’m Chris.

My career’s been a game of two halves. The first 20-odd years were in agriculture—sheep, beef, dairy—you name it. The last 17? Fully immersed in quarries.

I’ve worked my way up to senior management in both sectors, so I get it. I know the challenges, the pace, and the pressure—and I know how important it is to keep your crew safe while still getting the job done.

I’m here to support you and your team with practical, down-to-earth health and safety that actually fits the way you work.
Want to know more?
I’ve just wrapped up 17 years in the quarry industry, where I did a bit of everything—from turning big rocks into small rocks, to fine product for aerial spreading and stock feed.
I spent several years in Health and Safety Management before stepping into a group Operations Manager role, where I stayed for nearly five years.

I hold a current A-Grade Quarry Manager Certificate of Competence and I’m a proud member of the NZ Institute of Quarrying (IoQ).

Before quarrying, I spent 20+ years in agriculture—managing dairy operations and co-owning a sheep and beef farm in stunning Central Hawke’s Bay.
